FLAT SAWING

Flat sawing is the most commonly used diamond cutting method. It is typically used to cut horizontal flat surfaces such as floors, bridge decks, and pavement. Also called slab saws, flat saws feature a diamond blade that is mounted on a walk-behind machine requiring only one operator.

Cutting up to 30 inches in depth, flat saws are typically used to provide expansion joints, remove damaged pavement sections, clean and prepare random cracks for repair, and remove concrete sections for demolition purposes.

CORE DRILLING

Core drilling techniques are used when precise, circular cuts are needed. Holes of any diameter up to 48 inches can be drilled to make openings for plumbing, electrical, material testing, manhole taps, and HVAC installations. Core drilling is also commonly used to create holes for routing cables or placing anchoring bolts, as well as thick concrete demolition. Other times they are used to install load-carrying devices such as dowel bars.

Concrete core drill bits can range in diameter from 1/2 inch to 48 inches, with larger sizes available for special projects. Drilling depths are virtually unlimited with the use of extensions.

JOINT SAWING & SEALING

Sawing and sealing of expansion joints in concrete is done quickly and precisely. Our state-of-the-art equipment uses non-abrasive polyureas, pre-formed neoprene, and urethanes to seal and repair joints and cracks in concrete surfaces. We utilize our technical equipment to maximize concrete joint sawing and sealing demands.

CONCRETE POURING

We can help you with all your concrete pouring needs. From sidewalks to warehouse slabs, our expert crews can handle small everyday tasks to very large commercial buildings. Accurate Concrete has an excellent concrete pouring team with top of the line equipment to master any job.

CONCRETE GRINDING

Concrete grinding is a method of repairing uneven concrete surfaces by using walk-behind wet grinders to flatten the concrete. National Concrete Cutting uses a wet grinding approach, thereby avoiding the possibility of excessive dust, a toxic and invasive result of dry grinding. After grinding, vacuums are used to pick up and remove the resulting slurry.

Concrete grinding is a fast and less expensive method used to repair concrete surfaces as compared to concrete replacement.

Our services can, in most instances, blend away any rough or level problems in any concrete surface.

DEMOLITION

We also offer demolition and removal services. Our trained and experienced work force takes their quality cutting workmanship one step further. To accomplish our wrecking and deconstruction services safely and efficiently, we utilize OSHA trained personnel as well as our extensive fleet of equipment including excavators, skid steers, front-end loaders, dozers, cranes, concrete crushing units, roll-off trucks and trailers.

HIGHWAY/BRIDGE REPAIR

As our country’s infrastructure continues to age, structural problems are becoming a greater safety concern for our communities on every level. Accurate Concrete Cutting & Coring has helped restore the structural integrity of numerous highway structures.
